I love lunch, I’m always very hungry at that time. And I crave tasty and healthy food more than ever, and it feels like one of the biggest acts of kindness for myself. I rarely photograph my food, but the light reminded me of spring, and I realized it’s like forever since I photographed on the kitchen.
It’s not like I eat healthy all the time… People have to find their way, and i’m about to find mine. I want it to be the way I really like – that’s how it becomes effortless.
My favourite plant of all, which I got from a friend of mine. It grows all the time, even in the darkest time of year. It has just got a new shot, can you see it?

I made loads of pizza sauce as well, and now we have eight small bags or something with sauce in the freezer. No receipt involved, I never use any. But I tried something spontaneously and new today: for six boxes of chopped tomatoes I used two boxes of chickpeas, just to add even more of “the good stuff” in our pizzas. I used the hand blender when it had cooked for a long time, so no one could tell what I had added (think about what a nine year old might think about chickpeas on the pizza), and I felt very smart 😉
Except from that my life is all about decisions, decisions and more decisions… And a lot of emotions to that…
PS. my pop-up shop is open again on Thursday from 10-3 pm, and Saturday from 10-2 pm. And after that it’s forever closed! Hope to see you there – still some chocolate left 😉
