YESTERDAY

Yesterday there was a photoshoot in Villa Betula, and it was such a lovely time. Really, I loved it! When the two fab women Maria and Anne arrived I knew my job was done, and it was the first time for me to relax in many days. And yes, now I’ve made myself really tired ’cause of this – lack of sleep and stress because I fixed and faffed, and I’m not the one who’s capable of doing things really fast or very structured in that matter.

So I ended up staying awake until 2 a.m. vacuuming, washing and redecorating the two last nights, and had to get up five hours later because my daughter is here this week. I spent like 10-15 hours a day to fix for several days (read: “fixing” was also making a new painting in case they were to photograph in my tiny atelier), and it does not mean this became the perfect place.. It only says something about how messy it was around here, and how many small tasks that was left to do before someone else than myself were to take photos here. I can just skip the bad and dirty places, you know…

So right now I’m kind of low on everything, but it’s worth it! I do spend some energy trying not to worry too much about a job my husband and I are having this Saturday… and that I’m going to do some filming for some beautiful and exclusive chocolate and other (rather healthy) sweets on Monday… The amazing woman behind this new place is following her heart, and it will be a pleasure to work with her! She even came to my door with a special delivery so I had something to serve Maria and Anne yesterday. Tempting, right?! They’re all gone now, ha ha 😉
